What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a non invasive evaluation of a home and the various systems that are found in a home. Examples of systems are plumbing, electrical, or heating. The home inspector is an impartial party in the home buying process. Their main duty is to look for anything that presents a safety concern. Their other concerns are any issues with the home that could present costly repair bills to a home buyer.
Can I come along on home inspections?
Clients are welcome to accompany me on inspections. This way they can see what I am seeing in real time.
How does the inspector convey their findings?
A report is generated and sent via email to the client. The report will include images of any issues with the home. The report is written with the intent to be easily understandable to clients regardlesss of their level of knowledge of homes and home systems.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns not addressed above.
